We had a perfectly pleasant stay at this low-budget hotel. Everything was fantastic, very good service, DECENT location just off shops and trams, market place, and shopping venues. The staff was very friendly and always welcoming. The property was in the heart of the city.

Would recommend for a stopover
Cozy room, lovely buffet breakfast, as our trip was topped off from the lovely cleaners who noticed one day my daughter wrapped her teddies in her burrito blanket, so they continued to do so and it made my daughter's day, with a prime location just 1 km from Flinders Street.
Everything went smoothly.

The kids loved the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and the 55-inch Smart TV. Plus, it was fantastic that our son's autism support dog was welcomed.
In my wife's opinion, the room was a bit snug for our family outings, especially with big luggage. A little more space or better layout would greatly enhance the stay for families.

The hotel has a modern vibe and a great location close to Melbourne Central. The staff I encountered were polite and attentive. Room cleanliness stood out. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The Superior King Room was spacious, with a nice view of the city from the 25th floor. I loved having Chromecast on the TV. It made watching my favorite shows easy. Breakfast spread was satisfying, with various options that catered to different tastes. A drawback was the check-in process. It could be smoother, especially with a long line to handle. I also missed complimentary water in the room, as the minibar only had items for purchase. Some areas needed better vacuuming to improve overall cleanliness.
